1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy applies to all ScribeFlux PRO purchases processed through Paddle:
- Monthly Subscription: Refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase or first charge.
- Annual Subscription: Refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal.
- Lifetime License: Refundable within 30 days of the one-time purchase.
2. Conditions & Process
We believe in a hassle-free, customer-friendly refund process:
- No Questions Asked: While we appreciate feedback to improve ScribeFlux, you are not obligated to justify your refund request.
- Hardware Incompatibility: If your system lacks GPU acceleration or has hardware limitations preventing optimal transcription performance, we will gladly issue a prompt refund.
- License Deactivation: Upon issuing a refund, the associated license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use the Free tier (Tiny & Base models) indefinitely.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following straightforward channels:

- Via Paddle Buyer Support: Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net to look up your transaction and request a refund or cancellation directly.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our team or through Paddle, it is processed immediately. Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, the funds will reappear on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
